Ten finalists will be selected for installation on the Cary, North Carolina Town Hall Campus.  All finalists whose works are installed on the campus will receive a $1,000 honorarium to offset transportation and incidental expenses.  The juror will choose the ten finalists and the winner of the competition who will receive a Best of Show cash prize of $5,000.

Checks will be mailed within one week after installation. A W-9 form must be completed by the artist before payment can be made by Cary Visual Art, Inc.
